The Missouri-Southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Anna Marie Dabney to be the MOSI Celebrated Artist for the month of April. Anna’s artwork is titled “Abby”. The original commissioned portrait of “Abby” is owned by Brad and Sandy Johnson, of Kirksville. Anna created the Puggle dog piece with Prismacolored pencils and acrylic paint.
