The Missouri-Southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Jennifer Hannold to be MOSI Celebrated Artist for the month of June. Her wheel-turned ceramic, titled “Yellow Blossoms,” is decorated by carving in petals by hand and colored by layering glazes to naturally mix when being fired in the kiln. This piece can be viewed in the window of Shelter Insurance on the square with other MOSI members’ artwork.
