The Missouri-Southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Darrell Williams as the MOSI Art Guild Celebrated Artist for August, 2016. The winning piece is a graphite pencil illustration of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, titled “Lucy Loo.”
