Notes from Reception – MOSI at Pickler Memorial Library

On Thursday October 2, there was a reception celebrating the agreement between Truman’s Pickler Memorial Library and MOSI Art Guild to exhibit the MOSI member art in Jazzman’s Cafe and Bakery in the library, for students and others to enjoy.

In the study areas of the cafe there are many lovely walls to hang the artwork. Students will be surrounded by a variety of media and technique, for their enrichment and pleasure.

She thanks the library dean, Richard Coughlin, for this great opportunity, and he in turn tells us what a great fit it is for his library and cafe to have this art exhibiting and benefiting those who view it.
