Barbara Adams was selected as the November Celebrated Artist for the MOSI Art Guild. The winning piece was a colored pencil drawing of a pink flower that she titled “Tribute to July.”

Celebrated Artist—Judy Sharp
The northeast Missouri and southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Judith Sharp as the MOSI Art Guild Celebrated Artist for September 2016. The winning piece is a digital composite beginning with floral photographs and adding complex image manipulation. It is titled Floral Serpentine.
Celebrated Artist — Darrell Williams
The Missouri-Southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Darrell Williams as the MOSI Art Guild Celebrated Artist for August, 2016. The winning piece is a graphite pencil illustration of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, titled “Lucy Loo.” Denise Hilton, publicity
Celebrated Artist — Greg Walter
Greg Walter was selected as the July Celebrated Artist by The MOSI Art Guild. The winning pen and walnut ink drawing was titled “Width of a Circle” inspired by the David Bowie song.
Celebrated Artist—Colleen Wagner
Colleen Wagner was selected as the MOSI (Missouri & Southern Iowa) Art Guild’s Celebrated Artist for June, 2016. The winning acrylic painting was of hills north of Kirksville, Missouri. It is titled “Missouri Hills #1.”
Celebrated Artist – Mary Ann Farmer
The MOSI Celebrated Artist for May is Mary Ann Farmer. The winning artwork is an oil painting of a covered bridge in Linn County, Missouri, near LaClede, Missouri. Its title is “Covered Bridge in Linn County.”
Celebrated Artist — George Barlow
George Barlow was selected as the MOSI Art Guild Celebrated Artist for April. The winning photograph is of a storm damaged building in downtown Kirksville and is titled “Demolition Landscape.”
Celebrated Artist — Darrell Williams
Darrell Williams was selected as The MOSI Art Guild’s Celebrated Artist for March 2016. The winning art work is a graphite drawing of Darrell’s cat, Rascal.
Celebrated Artist – Jana Russon
The MOSI Art Guild selected Jana Russon as the February Celebrated Artist. The winning photograph was of a friend of Jana’s from California demonstrating how to eat a grapefruit with his last two remaining teeth.
