The Missouri-Southern Iowa (MOSI) Art Guild named Judy Harris as the MOSI Art Guild Celebrated Artist for March, 2017. Her oil painting is titled Cowboy -1, Bronc – 0. It represents the challenge between man and nature. The painting can be viewed in the window of Shelter Insurance on the square with other MOSI member’s artwork.
