Congratulations to Judy Harris, who was selected by MOSI Art Guild members as their September Artist of the Month. She was selected for her oil painting titled “Play Time.” It’s a composite depiction of colts she has raised over the years.
Judy’s favorite subject to paint is any horse. She teaches painting to adults at her home near Greentop.
More of Judy’s paintings may be viewed at the Kirksville Arts Association gallery through the end of October, the MOSI window display at Steve’s Deli, and at Pickler Memorial Library at Truman State University from September 22 through December 15, 2014.
